hop sun poured a crystal clear, golden yellow color with a pen width
white head. The aroma had some barley, wheat, and a little lemon but is mostly dominated by hops. The body has
good depth, and is smooth with a light sweetness up front and some wheat in the middle. A large amount of hops
also start to show in the middle and carry through to the finish leading to a fairly bitter, dry, lingering finish.
Overall, this is a well made beer acording to style, but ultimatly nothing impressive for me. This beer has a nice,
deep body, and a pronounced hop finish. The wheat starts becomes more apparent as the beer warms. A must try for American
wheat beer fans but I think I personally will pass next time.
