  The aroma had big, ripe pomegranates with plenty of malt.  The body had a big malt profile and the pomegranate was defiantly noticeable.  The finish had a medium length dryness to it.  The best part of this beer was its balance.  The alcohol is noticeable but the beer transitions well from the fruit and sweetness up front into a big malty beer and then into a nice dry finish.  A very nice beer from Shmaltz.
